Nice location. Friendly manager, usually. But NO climate control. No access after 6 pm. Few facilities have elevator to 2nd floor. High prices compared to competitors. Suck you in with move in special and then ding you later for full price after 3-6 months. No cameras for security inside or outside except for Sausalito car storage. Owner never around so you have to deal with managers (can be unpleasant and only 1 person at each facility with nobody to help you. Different managers can't physically help you even load boxes onto dolleys if necessary so HIRE someone if you plan to rent there. Corte Madera facility is AWFUL, slapped up wood storage units even I could break into. Flimsy. No camera security system for units except at Car storage. Corte Madera facility has no manager onsite. Couple of incredibly Christian religious managers or employees (be a plus if you're a Born Again) on just don't seem to care about their jobs or drink on job. Boat storage is only dry storage and is way out there. And they definitely play favorites with rent and discounts if they like you. \r

Not recommended and yeah I rented there for a month. Moved out as fast as I could. Found a 40% cheaper location with an onsite manager. Prices vary by location but are much higher than most I checked out in Marin or Richmond which is MUCH cheaper.\r

Just my .02 cents and opinion.
Pros: Friendly manager, cheap late fee.
Cons: no climate control, 20% higher prices, deposit required.
