I recently went to Eikon after reading all of the supposed good reviews here; however, I cried most of the weekend because of what they did to my hair. I was trying to grow it out after having a ""Jenny McCarthy"" like bob for the last 1 1/2 years, but Stephen not only cut it back to chin length from shoulder length, he left one side longer than the other side. So, I had to go back to ""even it out "" hence cutting MORE off! I also received a color, and it was so dark it looked like a copper penny. I never asked for that at all! I spent $130, and now am going somewhere else to at least get my color corrected. I also found out (after going here) that a neighbor had her hair damaged at this salon. Damaged to the point where her hair is falling out/breaking off. I don't know who this people are that love this place so much, but I would not recommend them to anyone.\r

Cons: cut your hair off...basically do the opposite of what you asked for
