I have taken my dogs to this kennel a few times. It is very clean and well maintained, however, after being gone for Christmas I came back to pick up an emaciated dog literally on it's death bed (looked like a dog in those SPCA shows). I had over $650.00 in vet bills when my dog had to be hospitalized and yet this man NEVER even called to warn me that my dog was getting thinner! He then proceeded to call and yell at me, that me and my husband were not smart enough to tell him that my dogs weight had been fluctuating prior to bringing her in (which was not the point). He had emergency contacts and numbers for us and we never got a warning! This man is intimidating and rude when you don't agree with him. I would NEVER trust this man with my pets!
Pros: Nice facility and clean
Cons: Terrible customer service, never closely watches your pets, and wont call if any thing is wrong with your pet
