I was disappointed in their customer service. I had concerns about the cabinets they installed in my new house, and they were non-responsive. I had to re-adjust door hinges so they would hang straight, but that was pretty easy. What really annoyed me was the customer service. They told me they would replace some drawers that were a poor color match with the cabinets, but every time I called to see if the drawers had arrived, they claimed the shipment would arrive in a week to 10 days. After several months of getting this same response, I gave up. I felt like their customer service strategy was to wait it out and hope I went away....which of course I did eventually, except for this review.
