The Service Department Personnel are trained in the art of deception, misinformation, and the relentless pursuit of profit by any means necessary... What was supposed to be a 2-hour AC Inspection, turned into a 6 and 1/2 hour excruciating marathon. All along the way, filled with broken promises and evasive communications. I would not recommend this dealership to my mortal enemies. Price quotations rise and fell like the stock market.. Along with my heart rate... No one (including Colin - the Department Manager) could adequately explain why it took over 5 hours to perform the promised 2-hour AC inspection... Nor did Colin have any interest in even trying to retainin me (or my international transportation company) as a customer... After I said that I would never come back to their facility... You would think that maybe in this economy, that might be important... Guess not... Guess who won't be reccomending them to his friends in the business community? Do yourself a favor and please avoid this establishment at all costs...
