I had my haircut and colored at MSpa for years, and they were so-so until Carrie started working there. She does an EXCELLENT job at coloring (both hi-lites and full color), and listens to what you want. I never left feeling that she didn't understand what I wanted. Every other employee I encountered was polite. Sure it's not NYC fancy, but it is great for the area (and especially the price!). Ever since I moved away I dream of going back to get the haircut I keep asking for but never get. Carrie is in high demand, so book early!
