I have had Lantana booked for over a year now. Since that time they have switched management 3 times, none of these times I was informed about. I can never get in touch with them. Twice I have had an appointment and have waited almost 2 hours each time to meet with someone. They have lost important paperwork of mine twice which resulted in the loss of 5 hotel rooms to another bride. They are extremely rude and disorganized. The facility may be beautiful, but it is not worth the experience trying to work with incapable ignorant people.
