I have had Lantana booked for over a year now. Since that time they have switched management 3 times, none of these times I was informed about. I can never get in touch with them. Twice I have had an appointment and have waited almost 2 hours each time to meet with someone. They have lost important paperwork of mine twice which resulted in the loss of 5 hotel rooms to another bride. They are extremely rude and disorganized. The facility may be beautiful, but it is not worth the experience trying to work with incapable ignorant people. more
