Excellent Career Services and Personal Branding Advice 7/16/2008

In my work with Career Pro Inc., I have had a very positive experience. I felt that John O'Connor, President, thrived on making it a personal business relationship and encouraged me to excel in my career field. Although they work with businesses and executives no person, if they are career serious, gets anything less than personal attention. While joining a social networking meeting at the Cardinal Club in Downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, John touched based and reaffirmed that your career is what you make it online and offline. In this way I have applied his strategies over the last six to eight months. It has helped me clarify my career vision, network with top professionals and do more to make my early career moves more professional not just personal. Social Networking is the new era of starting and growing your career. John also opened my eyes to how personal branding is not only important to be successful in your career, but effective in claiming your avenue the business world. So here are five reasons that any money invested in you with Career Pro Inc. is worth it: 1. They provide complete communication and access to you before, during and after you have contracted with them 2. They empower you with database information 3. They provide you with specific advice about networking, resumes, interview skills and communication etiquette (in person and online) 4. They work with all people from all backgrounds and all experience bases 5. They are willing to team with you throughout your career to help you stay focused on what's important and what's not important in the world of work, online identification and more I also like the different and encouraging advice they give. John and his staff want you to focus more on your work life mission as he says it not just getting a job. Many of my friends and older friends need this advice. I would advise you to take theirs. Pros: Very discreet and confidential, highly motivating, informative on up-to-date social networking and other topics that impact your career, willing to work with students and career beginners. Cons: Need more locations, more public workshops on career issues. more
