We waited for our food for 2 hours. The service was terrible- almost rude and we had to ASK for some bread to hold us over for the 2 hours while we sat and waited. When the food finally came out it was awful. charred and burned shrimp, chewy french toast, bland omlettes- just awful. Then they seemed shocked when we wanted to speak to a manager. We are very easy going- we can handle slow horrible service (lived in williamsburg for a year) but this was beyond anything I've ever experienced.
