Griffin has been my personal trainer for about one month. In that month, I've managed to shed about 10 pounds of fat and see a steady increase in the weight I can handle as well as my stamina and endurance. I was unfamiliar with kettle bells when I first met him, and training in general, but I have come to fully appreciate their effectiveness in building stength and muscle while also providing a thorough cardio workout. Griffin mixes other types of training in with kettle bells, so I am constantly being challenged and not getting into a rut with any given workout. He is also incredibly motivational and makes it easy to believe in what I am accomplishing. Without getting too hokey, he really does provide fitness training for your muscles and your mind.
