I was a late converter to kettle bells. I thought they looked funny and I generally believed in old school weights because I saw results. Well, a few months into using kettle bells, I was pleasantly impressed with the change in my body. Griffin's kettle bell workout allows me to work my core, build muscles and get a cardio workout at the same time. It is a well rounded workout. Griffin changes the workout, so it never gets boring and now I find myself sneaking out of work early to make his classes. I strongly encourage others to check the classes out.
