Hokkaido has been one of my favorite places to go over the past 5 years. When I originally started going there, I would always sit at the hibachi tables. The chefs are entertaining and comical. The hibachi prices are very reasonable for what you get. All hibachi entrees come with hibachi noodles and vegetables, white rice (upgrade to fried rice and they cook that in front of you too), soup & salad. It is more than enough food to fill up on, and it all tastes great!
Pros: Great sushi, great hibachi, great prices! Fresh fish all the time! Certainly a hidden secret!
Cons: Once you go there, sushi elsewhere never tastes the same. :)
