Hy husband and I been banking (personal and business) with Wells Fargo on River for 11+ years. Although there is a very high staff turn-over a few of the tellers do stick around long enough to recognize us when we come in. They are always very pleasant and eager to be helpful. Pros: friendly local staff, convenient location Cons: high fees, poor corporate customer service, lack of personal treatment more
