We rented a canopy for our wedding. When we returned it they noticed a dirt/grime stain on it and said it was damaged and we had to pay a ridiculously high fee or buy it for a very high price for used equipment. They made no attempt to remove the stain, just gave us the choice. We paid the price to buy it, took it home, and cleaned out the stain in less than a minute, no evidence of stain left whatsoever.
