I stumbled into Tangerine with two friends last night after we were wandering around the Castro and our stomachs started growling. The menu looked tasty and we literally wanted to try everything on it, so we each ordered two appetizers, a bottle of wine and a side of bok choy. Everything we tried - lamb lollipops, chicken and onion cakes, smoked salmon cakes, the ribes, etc. - besides the corn fritters, was quite tasty, and the service was superb. We had this adorable Brazilian waiter, Fabiano, and I wished I could have taken him home with the meal, he was so sweet. Ask for him if you decide to dine here! I haven't tried Tangerine's brunch, but the menu was pretty appetizing.
Pros: great staff, food is delicious
Cons: need a reservation on weekends, tables are generally full
