I feel obligated to send a big Kudos to the instructors at Action Karate! I had been inspired by a co-worker who got into shape by training at Action. I am so glad I started there- not only have I gotten to my ideal weight, but I'm strong and confident in my ability to defend myself. I have also learned the importance of setting goals and planning the route to reach them. I highly recommend this program.
Pros: There are new classes always starting, so I trained with other ""new"" adults and felt comfortable.Also flexible schedule, classes available 5 days a week.
