I LOVE the variety of food offered at this neat little place off of Charlotte Pike. Great friendly staff with outstanding customer service, relaxing dining environment and ample seating. The exterior (outside the restaurant) leaves much to be desired, but don't let it fool you from trying it out! \r

Its is definately one of the few places I always take friends to when they are visiting from out of town, and it never fails to impress any picky palate. The menu is very diverse, the food well prepared and the seasoning and selection of spices used is very authentic! The portions served are very generous as well, so I always end up taking it home. \r

I have never tried their buffet, though i have seen it. The selection is small, so as previous posters may have mentioned, it may not be the best in town. For a great Indian buffet, I recommend Sitar. \r

However, for other Indian dishes on their regular dine in/ take out menu, this is GREAT and simply delicious! I like it much more than Sitar's general menu ( not buffet), and I hihgly recommend it to anyone who loves great authentic Indian cuisine.\r

If you are looking for a decent buffet, go to Sitar. For non-buffet dining, check out this gem of a place in Nashville!\r
