Best customer service I've seen in a long time. More people should be like John. He is great, very helpful every time I go there. They take care of all my shipping needs. He packs all of my fragile items, helps me make copies, handles all of my product returns and he always smiles. I have been too many UPS stores but this one is the best, partly because of John.
