Nice family-run business. They're used to renting to college kids, so they might speak to you like you're a little slow, but other than that, no complaints. Their rent is very reasonable for center city, and they're good about repairs. The building I lived in had a building manager living on the first floor, so he would come up and help us with repairs, and call someone else if he couldn't handle it himself. Their units are definitely not ""modern"" by any means (think wood panelling walls) but for the price, it works. I'd rent through them again.
Pros: inexpensive rent, quick with repairs, friendly landlords
Cons: not ""modern"" units, you get what you pay for
