I went into this location after having the worste experience at a corporate store. I was greeted by all the employees and had the pleasure of working with Danielle. My intentions were initially just to pay my bill and after explaining the troubles I was having with my phone, Danielle offered to try to fix my phone but to my suprise she was able to give me $150.00 discount off of a new phone. I highly appreciate the time Danielle took to help me with my phone troubles and I absolutley love the phone she recomended for me I would be honored to work with her again. This store is by far the best SPRINT store in Riverside and all of the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.
