My dog is small and gets a very simple haircut (short all over). When I called to make an appointment, I was told that there was a price range and it would depend on the type of haircut and the size of my dog. Well, my dog is tiny for her breed, plus her hair was already pretty short. I still paid the highest price in the range. I told them that I was surprised since on the phone I was given a range, and since my dog is small and simple to groom, I figured I would be paying a little less than that. I was told that "This is what we always charge to groom this breed." Oh okay, if that is the case, why wasn't I told that on the phone? I will never return to this place!
