I purchased carpet from Preston's to support our local businesses but this turned out to be the biggest mistake ever. They were nice and helpful on the front end but as soon as there was a problem - they were ""too busy"" to speak with me. The carpet was defective and it took them over a month to let me know what they were going to do about it. In the end, I received a very minimal discount and still have defective carpet. We are about the carpet the rest of our house and we are shopping around for a store with better customer service.
