i am not impressed with the way they conduct themselves with the school bus service. they are very rude. the bus is either very late or very early, no one seems to know what to do or where to stop, they have missed my childs bus stop on a number of occasions where i had to chase the bus down just to put my kids on it, when you call in to report it they do nothing about it. i would think with having the responsibility of taking care of so many kids they would be more cautious and understanding but i guess it's all for the money and not the kids safety.
