I would not recommend this store to anyone. We are having massive issues with this furniture company that we bought a sectional couch from. About a month after they delivered it, the frame broke on the couch and we called to have them come look at it - they sent someone to look at it and he said that the frame must have came broken with a split in order for it to have broken so quickly and that we needed new padding in another of the recliners. He said he had to order the parts, and then we don't hear from them for 3 mos. Long story short, this has been going on for almost a year - the couch has been broken since we got it.....and they either don't call us to tell us the parts are in or send someone (the 3rd time was today) and they can never fix it and have to order new part or they just don't fix it, change the repair company, etc. The "manager" Mona is a NIGHTMARE, unhelpful, condescending, rude, and a complete waste of time to speak to. At this point they will be contacted by our lawyer, but I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this store!!!! The only reason why they are getting one star is because they force me to!! more
