I am very disappointed in the customer service and lack of workmanship at this facility. I made an appointment to get my 02 sensor replaced. The serviceman told me that it would take him from about 7:30 to 10:30 am. I dropped it off as he asked and at 10 am I had no phone call, called them and they acted annoyed that I thought it would be done around 10:30 and would give me absolutely no timetable. They then told me that the 02 sensor would cost over 400 dollars to replace. i asked for an oil change several times and they quoted me 33.95. Two and a half hours later, I go to pick up my car. My bill is 602.00 (included 'misc feees"" and labor costs). I look on my bill and there is no oil change. My serviceman states, ""oh i guess I forgot to do that"" He makes no offer to appease so I have to ask if he can still do it and he says ""well, its going to take at least an hour"" and blankly stares at me. At that point, i said forget it (since Id already was 5 hours late to work), paid, and vowed never to do anymore business with this disrespectful company and its servicemen.
