The doctor is personable, as are the staff who administer the shots, but some of his front desk staff can be rigid and unhelpful at times. The hours seem to be for the doctor's convenience: it is closed during lunch and only open past five o'clock one day a week. This can make getting shots a challenge. I think he knows he is the only game in town, and it would be good for him to have some competition.
Pros: convience to Downriver.
Cons: poor hours, desk staff can be unhelpful.
