Being and owner and the President of our 8 unit complex, we hired RealtyLink Property management in Fort Lee to manage our condo. In the 10 months that they ""managed"" our complex, we terminated them due to their lack of response and due to them using their own construction company to do work on our roof without them notifying the owners or the condo board. Furthermore they are still refusing to hand over a receipt for $1,300 and specifics of the work done. When this was brought to their attention, instead of resolving it, they resigned and kept alot of our paperwork, checks, certificates and are refusing to give them to us. They have approached 2 of the owners already in an attempt to have them sign a letter releasing them of future problems from the work performed on our roof. We are seeking legal action against both companies owned by the Ceritelli's. We have had a horrible experience with them and do not recommend anyone to use them. They never answer the phone and we have over 50 e-mails and letters that have gone unanswered and ignored. Our complex was not managed professionally. Instead, we are missing alot of money from our account and their reply to us with our complaint was a joke. Terrible service.
