I would never go back to this place...and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone either. I recently went there to check out a variety of tap shoes for a dance class I was considering taking. Earlier in the day, I called ahead and the woman on the phone was very curt and rude when answering my questions. I decided to go anyway (I figured I may have gotten someone on a bad afternoon)...and boy was that a mistake! When I arrived, two older women at the counter asked me what I was looking for. When I told them I was looking for tap shoes they asked what heel height I was looking for..and I said I wanted to try both high and low. They then asked me where I was taking classes from and when I told them I was looking at a few different places they told me that ""I should decide that first and then come back."" When I told them that I had not made up my mind yet and that I was still there to try shoes on they then told me ""Well we are not about to fit you for shoes if you aren't going to buy from us today...we're not wasting our time fitting you if you are just going to go buy them somewhere else"" I WAS SHOCKED! I have never experience such horrible customer service in my life! They then told me that I could look around and try on shoes on my own time, but they couldn't be bothered with someone who ""didn't know what she wanted.""
