I like my bookstores independent, but this one is ok. Mostly competent staff.\r

Their cafe is really good though-- i'd give it 4.5 stars. Some really nice kids work there. Ask for a girl named Carlin.... she recommended I toast my cinnomen scone, when I bought one, and I'd never had it like that. So delish .... the B&N pastrie selection is far superior to Starbuck's; check out the scones & pretzels.
