I had the same experience as the other reviewer. I checked my windshield wipers before going in, and after leaving to go run an errand, received a call letting me know they were torn, but if I wanted to buy theirs I would pass inspection. Mike Kleitsh, Manager, was extremely rude and threatened to hold my vechicle until I paid.
