Worst representation ever. Gene T. Sera is a liar, cheat, conman. Told me he would take my case (misdimeaner), overcharged me ($1500), reset case about 15 times, made me appear everytime, this went on for 4 months....then he took a plea bargin without ever reviewing my case.\r
He's a total dumb a$$. He's Lazy. Buddy-buddy with DA's, hewill screw you for kickbacks from the county.\r
