As a former client of Security Networks, I was extremely unsatisfied. They did not disclose the true terms of the contract, and failed to return even one phone call to me in my attempts to straighten out the mistakes they caused. On the few occasions that I reached a support representative, I was lied to concerning the status of my contract. Their customer service during this period was unacceptable, and their failure to communicate caused problems that I am continuing to deal with 2 years later. Not recommended; extremely unsatisfied.
