I find that they have an excellent selection and can easily and quickly order anything else that I may need. It does have the typical high prices of a Christian store. The customer service lacks luster. The manager is the worst of all. Every time I have dealt with him either as a link for my church, or on a personal matter, he has seemed bothered. He once was going to not refund the full purchase price of a Bible cover that I was returning brand new and with my receipts! Only when I asked the number for the main office did he relent. The overall attitude of the employees is improving as of late, but still needs much more.
