Three friends and I recently had dinner at Beto's and I was NOT impressed! I have no major complaints about the food but I have two very big complaints about the service and staff. First, it took our waiter longer to get our bills in order at the end of our meals than it took for my friends and I to actually eat dinner. When the waiter finally got it all together, he charged each of us for the wrong dinners. I then found out he charged me three times, causing an overdraft on my bank account! I called the following day to inform the manager of the situation and his response was to try and make me feel guilty about possibly having the waiter fired, and then to put me on hold. The food is average and average is not good enough to make me want to eat at any establishment where I am not valued as a customer!
