I had formerly enjoyed painting pottery at this business, however, after an unfortunate encounter with a manager I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere. I would strongly recommend double-checking the posted price of your pottery with an employee before painting, because I was informed at check-out that the piece I picked out was actually more expensive than listed on the shelf. Apparently the price sign had been switched on accident and I was expected to pay the more expensive price. After conversing with the manager about the possibility of my paying the originally listed price since I was mislead, I was told that it would be bad for the ""business"" to cave to every mislead customer who ""b****ed about the prices."" This was certainly insulting and offensive language in return for a mistake that would have been reasonably and willingly corrected in any other business who expected to keep their customers.
