I have been going to Earth's Power Yoga for the last six months. I don't have lots of time to exercise, but I go about once a week. The work out is so good that one time a week has totally changed my body. I am stronger than I have been in years. Besides my great physical results, I really enjoy going. The yoga instructors are all very personable and they soon recognize you and great you warmly each time you attend class. Additionally, they show true interest in whether or not you are practicing correctly and assist you in improving your poses. I also like that there have been but few occasions when the class has been crowded. When I go, I feel like I get a really good work-out that pushes me to the edge with a proper warm down. I highly recommend trying Earth's Power Yoga, it truly has improved my life.
