The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I didn't miss a single appointment in 4+ years. Then, after they left a voice mail reminder of an upcoming appointment, they cancelled it without informing me. When I showed for it, they said that it was my responsibility to call back to confirm -- a ""fact"" they neglected to mention on the voice mail. Then they refused to forward my dental records to my new dentist. \r

It gets better. They sent a postcard to my wife informing her of an appointment -- which they scheduled without her input. She received it one day before the appointment date. When she called to cancel, Dr. Wehbe could be heard in the background yelling she had to pay a no-show fee for ""cancelling"" with less than 24 hours notice. \r
