Moldy hay, many colics and impactions, expect huge veterinary bills, pasture horses starved and covered in lice, very poor to no bedding, hundreds of rodents, callous helpers inflicting multiple injuries on horses, overcrowded arenas and dangerous shenanigans in arenas, inexperienced know- it-all, nosey, unpleasant bad spirited boarders with high school mentalities, completely unresponsive cranky old manager, don't expect to get a response to maintenance requests.
