When Fire Mountain first opened it was exceptional. Great service, friendly staff, and very clean. Once it turned to Ryan's, the management and staff became very lackluster. The service is inept due to the decrease in servers. The staff that seat you and check on the food are close to unsanitary as are the restrooms. The last time that I dined there I observed one of the staff picking at her face, making it ooze and then going and checking on the food, seating people and handling their silverware and napkins. I haven't been back since. It seems they have put people in assistant supervisory positions that don't have the first clue about customer service or cleanliness. I used to dine here at least 2 to 3 times a week. I haven't been back for the past 2 to 3 months. I don't know if I will ever go back.
