After stringing me along for three days with multiple assurances and a written mutually agreed upon buying price, I dragged my family in there to purchase a new Prius. After two more hours of viewing and talking about the car at the agreed upon price, we stood ready to pay. Then the salesman disappeared to draw up the paperwork and returned to explain that this price was no good - he had to raise the price. To top it off, one of the managers I had been working with started lying to rationalize the sudden price jump. Classic bait-and-switch.
