The secretary had no skills on customer service and questioned people about their credit history in front of everyone, no respect for private information. I do understand about ""business"" but I explained to her that I needed the apartment for my son who is suffering from a life-threating illness and she did not care. I wonder if those people understand that we all have our ups and downs and that life sometimes surprise you with situations that you do not expect. I really needed the apartment because my situation is really sad and I want my son who is ten years old to enjoy every day of his life while he is going through chemotherapy. In the house that we are living now, he can not continue living there because of environment issues. I hope someone with a humane heart is reading this because sometimes is not about the money or the prestige or the points in your credit score but is about saving someones' life even if that someone is not related to you.
