I've been to different "Rite" Aid locations on many occasions, all with poor service, but I think this Salem location actually tries to be the worst. The last time I went was a Saturday evening. The store was almost empty, yet I had to wait about 4 minutes to check-out. The two staff members at the check out were talking amongst themselves and did not even acknlowedge me. Yet this poor service was not enough for "wrong" aid. I had chosen some Tim's potato chips from a display marked "Tim's Potato Chips-- assorted varieties: 2/$4". The checker told me that the display was wrong, even though it had been up for about 3 days, and that only Doritos were on sale. So instead I got poor service and false advertising -- 2 for 1! How can a store anger me consistently each time I go there? The only reason I do is the lack of choice in downtown Salem -- where I live.
