I got on Citysearch today for the first time. I am looking for a new doctor because of my unfortunate experiences with the Ear Medical Group. When I discovered I could write a review, I jumped at the chance! My treatments were great; I have a pretty serious condition and the doctors really know their stuff, so no complaint there. The issue is the matter of how the business is being run. It is a huge office with a huge staff, and the communication among the staff is just terrible. The office and staff are cold and impersonal, partly due to the fact that you never get to talk to the same person twice. It takes months to get an appointment and more often than not they want to change it one week before the scheduled day. Over the last three years I have witnessed the service go from bad to worse and I just want to find a smaller, more personal medical practice to take care of me. I will need treatments for the rest of my life, and I don't want to be miserable every time I have an appointment! Thanks, Citysearch, for giving me a chance to speak my mind!
