Although the prices are GREAT, the service has something to be desired. Brides need to have an appointment to try dresses, which is understandable, but they only allow you to look through a magazine of dresses that does not really give a full picture of what is on the racks. But be careful...you aren't ALLOWED to go back to a HUGE open area and simply touch the dresses that are all in plastic. It was quite insulting to be told to stop ""handling"" the dresses, when the girl could have nicely said that we weren't allowed in that area. Choosing a wedding dress should be a fun and happy experience...I didn't walk away feeling very good about my experience at David's Bridal.
