Allied bought BFI and since then, reliability in pick up has slipped. For the 3rd time in a couple months, our trash has been missed and daily promises from customer service to send someone have gone unanswered. Customer service can't explain why this is happening - which doesn't give us much hope for improvement. While the customer service representatives are friendly and apologetic - if they can't satisfy our complaint with an actual trash pickup, it isn't very helpful.
