I had dinner the other night and received a very bad service. I ordered 2 appetizers and only one arrived. And when I asked the waiter about it, he said that he did not received any order about that particular appetizer. When he asked whether I still want to order , I said yes. But when the bill came, I was charged with 3 appetizers instead of 2. When I asked the waiter about this, he responded with a simple ""I don't know."" And the manager also responded with the same attitude. What's worse, the manager said that he doesn't want play games with us.
