These guys just care about a commision, i went in yesterday spoke to a sales man and he left me know they had one preowned boat. He said, ""yea its over there"". As he sat on his butt in the a/c i went outside and had to sell myself. Today i call for the HUV number to see some history and they receptionist had no clue about the boat being for sale. I asked her very nicely if she could do me a favor and just give me the serial number and she refused. Then the sales manager gets on the line and gives me a hard time like i am doing something wrong. I let the gentleman know that his sales people are not very professional when it comes to the customer that may not be able to afford a new boat. The manager refused to help me and told me he would call me back, hung up on me and never got my phone number. This store is full of stupid hicks and one of salesman couldnt even talked right because he had a mouth full of chewing tobacco. This store is gross. Nobody knows whats going on in this store.
