As a self-professed connoisseur of dark chocolate, the tasty dulces at Chocolate Fetis took my breath away. This sweet shop in the heart of downton Asheville displays truffles on one side and a variety of other goodies on the other. On the truffle side, we tried Velvet Sin--a blend of four different types of dark chocolates, Ancient Pleasure--luxe dark chocolate dusted with Cayenne pepper, and a few others of which I forgot the names...but they were all amazing! They also have a variety of milk chocolate or dark chocolate dipped fruits, such as bananas, mangos, and pineapple. Next time I visit Asheville again, this place will be at the top of my list.
Pros: Flavorful Chocolates, Great Service
Cons: Expensive, but it's worth it. Trust me.
