I first discovered Ivy's Cafe last fall. A friend and I spent an afternoon shopping in Ligonier and we decided to have lunch there. The menu looked so inviting we could not resist. I had my first taste of tilapia there and now try to recreate the deliscious dish that I first tried there. \r
My friend is returning home from Kuwait at the end of July and one of the places I want to take him for a romantic outing is at Ivy's Cafe. After a year of Army food, I want him to have a special treat. I haven't been back since that first visit, but I haven't forgotten the good food and the atmosphere. \r
