Had to make repeated phone calls, some of the staff seems to have no knowledge of what they are doing. You get different answers to the same question. I paid them over 2 weeks ago, and all they have to do is fax a paper. With all the out of state phone calls I had to make, it might have been cheaper to fly there, get the paper, and fax it myself. more
